The wings here are huge and delicious. I ordered the mango habanero and the korean chili. Both were amazing. The staff here are also very friendly. My only complaint was that they forgot my celery.This is probably the best wings spot in eastern mass.

Exceptional food, very welcoming staff, consistently good mood. They charge reasonable rates and the food quality is awesome. I recommend this place.

Whether it's a Wings Over Worcester or a Wings Over Boston you'll always find some tasty wings, that's for sure. Their Honey BBQ is a favorite, it's absolutely drenched in sauce. While initially their hottest offering would leave me sweating and a sniff of the food would be enough to make my eyes water, I'd say nowadays it almost seems like it's mild. If you're a spicy aficionado, you'll probably want for hotter, but if you're not as used to it, be prepared to clear your sinuses for weeks!

I have given this place multiple tries to get my order correct, and they seem not be able to do it. When I landed my $70+ order with them, I asked to make sure they have extra extra sauce. They were bone dry. I recommend trying another wing spot.

The food was undercooked and unseasoned, a very underwhelming experience. How could one be so disrespectful to chicken? 🤷🏿‍♂️

Order honey mustard boneless chicken and all the sauce was at the bottom of the box with no sauce at all on the chicken . After returning to let the guys working we were told that is how the sauce is after 5 minutes. After explaining we have always got this chicken and sauce and it’s was never like that he decided to keep saying yes it is . And told us to another sauce If this is not how we want it . Guy working in the front was very nice though and apologized many times for other people mistakes when they were not his because the manager wanted to keep telling us everything that was not correct about the sauce .

It’s lit. This place is usually my go to when I have a semi-large group of friends to entertain; though I am a 10 minute walk away, it’s a bonus that they deliver. This is a wing joint.. don’t come here expecting a cute salad or the perfect burger, it won’t happen, get your wings and order the regular fires well done if you don’t want soggy fries after 10 minutes. Make sure to tip your delivery person well.

LOVED this place. We had a delivery order and it was so good. I’m upset I don’t have any of these locations where I live.

This place is great. In my experience, the food is consistently good and the order is correct.Customer service-wise, on 7/04/18 I placed a delivery order because the site indicated the store was open and delivering. Needless to say, I didn't get my order and couldn't reach anyone when I called the store. I planned to call the store after class the following day, but it turns out I didn't have to. The store manager called to explain, apologize, and issue an immediate refund, all without me having to ask. I'm extremely happy with this level of customer service, and I hope they keep up the good work.

The Worse restaurant I have ever seen. I waited almost an hour for dozen wings. Workers are impolite and disrespectful.

Food was not ready when ordering on line indicated. Food sat in the kitchen while walk in orders were placed, or online/phone orders were paid. I live 4 minutes away and the food was cold when I arrived home. Cold fried food is a disgusting! Won't be back.

Great spot for wings! So many flavors and perfect for any sporting event or just to chill with friends! Highly recommend. Honey mustard is my favorite.

Yesterday was my first time at Wings Over Framingham and I'd wished that I'd discovered this place a lot sooner. The quality is great along with the flavors. The ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender. I do like my wings swimming in sauce, so the next time I'll need to specify that I want extra sauce, but otherwise excellent food at a great price.

Great wings, fast service, and lots of options. Just be sure to check your order before you leave as we've had our order wrong or missing items a few times. Overall our experience has slightly worsened over time but hopefully they will swing back and impress us in the future.

Great for comfort food. When doing take out always check that your orders are correct - ours have been messed up more than once. The service is mediocre at best but the staff are not rude.

So food is good but son just picked order up and was missing two cheese sauces and my drink. Was told staff seemed new and probably should not have been on dinner rush. Wish they would get things right since they charge a premium price for their food.

This place has gone downhill. It is just dirty. It is not just about the floor corners. It's accumulated dust and grime in clear view at the front counter. If this is what it looks like to the customers, then what must the kitchen look like? We won't be going back.

Ordered waffle fries and got little bits of fries maybe bottom of the bag and not one full waffle fry tn...smh

Have gone to Wings over Framingham probably 6 or 7 times and Wings Over Worcester 3 times and NOT ONCE has my order been made correctly and every time we have had to call and have them fix it and go back to pick it up. Never had even one single correct order. Food is good, but service is horrible and I will no longer be a customer here.

Almost 50 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I pulled into the parking lot and witnessed 3 employees smoking and joking behind the building. While waiting inside a got to hear all about their love lives while waiting with about four other customers.

Amazing selection! We had a dish come out of the kitchen cold in the middle, and the staff immediately re-cooked it and apologized profusely. Really excellent stuff. Dining room is a bit dated and was kinda dirty, but the food really was A+

They have the best BBQ ribs i have ever ate!! They are literally finger licking Gooooddd. The fries are amazing its hard to believe they fry it due to no oil residue on them. Love this place. Will be back!

Awful. I open up my usual order to see barely half of what I ordered. Total rip off and I should have known with how the employees were handling things in the back. Truly disappointing to see this place go downhill. A full refund would be great because I'd give a 0 star if it was possible.

Absolutely terrible experience and the customer service on top of that was the nail in the coffin. Ordered 10 wings with hot sauce and citrus chipotle, ranch, as well as Cajun fries and what came in my delivery? 9 cold wings. No sauce, no fries, and all cold. Not only that but I called to have my order corrected and was hung up on the first time then told they would fix it and call me back and never received a call back. Definitely spend your money somewhere else cause even if they botch the order they won’t fix it like other restaurants.

Just the best. Super friendly staff. Incredibly punctual with there quote times. Try to duplicate their sauces at home and just couldn't do it. No substitute

"Extra Crispy" wings were soggy. I was charged $1 for celery and literally received 3 pieces of celery with my order of 25 wings.... completely unacceptable.

We’ve stopped here many times over the last 3 years. My husband and I love it. Service is fast and friendly. The past 5 or 6 weeks, the chicken has not been cooked well. Over done and dry. What happened? We’ve skipped a few weeks, trying it one more time today. If it’s not good, I’m afraid we won’t be back!

2 out of 2 orders wrong! Ordered 15 wings and got 6 soggy chicken fingers. Called restaurant and "we are too busy. You can come and pick up your wings if you want". Gee thanks. I'll never order from here again. Byeeeee

The wings are really tasty, I usually don't like takeout but even those are good tasting here. My only problem is that the garlic parmesan ones make me feel nauseated a couple hours later so it's always a trade-off

The boneless wings are the best around! Highly recommend the flavors "Afterburner" and "Jamaican Jerk"

Ordered today at 6pm 6.16.19 Fathers Day via online mobile order waited an hour came in and had to be asked to wait four more minutes i waited for 10. While waiting they gave my order to someone else who just walked in and ordered infront of me while waiting in line to pay asked for refund after waiting sched pick up time 6:35pm asked for refund 7:02pm

Amazing that they continue to deliver consistent quality. We don’t order often because it’s not close to where we moved, but when we do... it’s still awesome!!!
